Thank you for shopping with Shadowplay Collection! We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: We are currently shipping only within the United States. 


International Shipping:
We currently are not offering International Shipping at this time. This may change in the future and we will update our policy accordingly. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can/cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. (Update based on your carrier policy.)


Lost or Damaged Packages

Shadowplay Collection is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team so we can help file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
